I reset Windows 10 and it now works

My brother has now the same problem since serveur was down for 5min.
When he tried to back, window's launcher staid white and it's now impossible for him to connect. We tried serveal sotutions without resultat.... Before all works perfectly it's really stange.... Someone has an idea plz? |

Really have no idea about what's going on with this UI. I don't see a reason why this would hang.
I recommend you check on google as some other users of .NET will have the problem as well. |

What exactly is reformatting HDD? I am having the white screen launcher problem now. It started after my PC froze while playing the game and does this now since I rebooted |

How do you reset windows 10? you don't mean you did a windows wipe and reinstall do you? |

Having same issue now... was working fine previously and since yesterday it won't work, just hangs when it opens and I am unable to select any options.
Windows 10 all updated and was working fine before, haven't changed anything on my computer since it was working.  |

Has anyone been able to fix this? Have tried reinstalling it and tried it on different SSD's, turned off windows firewall just in case it was an issue connecting, impossible to know what the problem is with no error message it just sits on a blank unclickable screen.
Have latest updated NET on windows 10 and was working with no issues about two days ago so I am stumped. |

delete folder C:\Users\<nameSession>\AppData\Roaming\Uthgard
and relaunch launcher |

Hi, I have been having the same problem . a white screen that does nothing (cant even X out) have to close the program from below. This started after a PC crash. I tried the above: C(OS) - Users - My name- but there is no appdata folder...... Instead of my name I can choose the Default.migrated Folder. It has a Appdata folder but nothing in it. I can't seem to find Roaming/ Uthgard anywhere. |

This is really bizarre cause my wifes computer works just fine but for some reason mine wont. very frustrating hopefully we can get some help woon

changed DNS and no help...windows 10 I have all the files and software that have been asked for the only thing I havent done is reformatted and or reset windows as I dont think I should have to do that to get this working. |
