Hey all,

I'm super excited to start again on uth!
This time i will be playing mid, it's the realm i have played the least.

I'm going to roll a skald and will primarily run solo and 2/3 man grp when possible.

For 2 man, i think shammy would be a solid choice. (best speed and decent CC)

Which 3 man setup would you advice me to look for as a skald ?

I was thinking a shammy (for buffs, slows and dots), and Dark RM. (for NS, and damage)

So many viable options.. what has worked for you?

Warrior is a good choice too. Stun is your only missing CC.

Also, if you ever want/need to PvE with the three man, Warrior is the better choice (of zerker/rm/warrior).

Cave/Aug Sham, Skald and Bone Army BD. Currently Skald and Shaman damage add stacks, as do Shaman and BD dots.

shaman will be killed first, you lose all your buffs

skald cant really cc and low dps, whats the point

better off making 3 BDS you have a real chance at killing an 8 man group !

Well, considering NS is in the Suppression spec line, I don't know what you're smoking. If you go Darkness RM and go for the last spec nuke in that line, you'll only have enough points leftover to get green NS at best and no PBT.

Take into consideration a Tri-Spec RM. Yellow NS / PBT / AoE Snare Nukes (and basleine Roots)/ Can debuff his baseline nuke with a 30% debuff. Definitely more versatility in Tri-Spec, but go ahead and try for that uber NS with a Dark RM

We used to run Shaman/Skald/Spiritmaster for a bit of fun, was good times, we were rank 9-11 though.

wow Kazyo, So full of anger.. when you do blurt out stuff.
Who said anything about going for Green NS?

47 dark / 26 Supp gives you Blue NS (45%) which is fine. And you also get the first Group PBT. I would prefeer that over a tri gimp, anyday. But that's just my opinion.
