Tried to make a Minstrel; "Lutecifer"

I have it reserved, is it possible to get my name back?

I don't understand your question I'm afraid. That name is reserved. Do you see that name in your account management under "reserved names"?

what I understand is that he reserved the name but is not allowed to use it in char creation screen
