Which should be my RAs and the Order I take them in? Do I need SoS?

You can't get SoS on a sorcerer...

I'm going for purge first so I can solo a bit better. Then probably MoC.

well...its at least the order I would want :D maybe go AugDex I first to utilize it while lvling...but you will mainly be a manawhore and emergency CC anyway. in RvR you just want Dex and purge to help you landing your perfect mezz.
