ToA onward ruined the game entirely. Mediocre cash grab expansions with BS equipment/classes you couldn't compete without. No thanks.

Before Beta starts maybe the gms should consider under forum a good organized and very detailed bug report system:

Devided by realm / classes / ra (maybe a preview of what old ra excist and how they should work properly) / zones + dungeon with named mobs / rvr mechanics / melee + caster + healer formulas

This way there will be no double reports, and other ppl can check, correct or complete reports.

Now the Questions  :

1. Will there be a List of old ra with statement about function/value/timer etc...??cause there is no complete source with that atm.
2. Will you publish formulas u consider the calculations,or is that only insider discussion by the gms? Cause i remeber uth1 many things live blockrate/2h dmg and many other things were not perfect by the time i left uth 1.
3. will there be any soon improvement on SI after uthgard 2.0 launchs after beta ?

:gaga:

Sorry if already addressed but will all races be available to play with exception of Minotaur?

Just imagine the possibilities...

this and maybe drop the progressive timeline and just leave it without SC/alchy :D

RvR was so much better with Epic armors and DF weapons glowing everywhere...

My thoughts exactly!! Dragonfire Cleavers ftw!

I believe they're working on something better than a forum solution to bug reporting.

1. There are plenty of sources for old RAs. Some descriptions aren't super clear though, which means research usually in the form of video evidence, patch notes, grab bags, and sometimes a whole lot of old forum posts from the period. No the staff is not going to print out a complete list of every RA with each of those fields + a detailed description. If you think something is incorrect find evidence!

2. Not a chance. They don't want other freeshards stealing their hard work. Problem is that 99% of those that complain something is wrong will never bother to prove it. And when they do, it's like "hey look I attacked 50 times and was blocked 25 times that's too high!" - go log 10000 swings and then we'll talk 8)

3. No idea about SI :/

Nope, only classic and SI races. (No Half-Ogre, Frostalf, or Shar.)

I'm honestly kinda heart broken about there being no half ogres.

I really liked Half Ogre Theurgs. Kinda like Avalonian Clerics and Paladins. It just feels right.

Nayru : To put this question to bed: We will not offer barrels or bottles, however, we will have a mechanic that allows you to place the last item in your inventory on the hotbar so you do not have to re-add it to your quickbar after each use. This topic has been debated for years in the community and in staff, and this is the result of years of compromise and discussion about the heart of DAoC and our server vision.

Unless I am misunderstanding this mechanic, I don't see how this solves the potion issue (and I'm actually having a hard time seeing anything that it solves/helps).

All this is saying is that the last slot in your inventory is automatically added to your quickbar, but you still have to move a potion to the last slot in your inventory after every use. It's the exact same number of clicks as adding a potion from any slot to your quickbar.

This is how it works:
You have 10 potions in your inventory.
You put the last one in your inventory on your quick bar.
When you use it, you actually consume the first potion in your inventory.
This keeps the potion icon on your quick bar.
So you don't have to drag another out of your inventory each time, and you won't ever need to put more than 1 of a potion type on your quick bar.
