Hello there,

The Question is:
If the Realm ability "Mastery of the Arcane" effects the speed chants (patchnote 1.50c),
is it possible that a runenmaster (specced up to 5) is able to run at 175,95% ((153% base speed /100) *15) speed?

This should be gecleared before Server Opening. It is importante.

I'm curious what the caps are. Maybe they mean the higher speed % that bards/skalds/minstrels get?

Another source, about Sorcerers. Someone says it does not improve their speed. Post is after 1.50C
and nope it do not help on speed :P hehe
