Yo guys. So whenever Uth does come back up, I'm planning to bring what remains of my old guild from live here. We were on Merlin server back in the day, and contributed to a very large mix of activities which included but were not limited to: 8v8, Zerg, keep take, relic take, raids -- basically everything.

One thing I'm pretty big on is that I don't care what class you play as long as you play it well. There are a handful of elitist dudes on this server that won't let a fire wiz into 8v8 group but I'd rather have a good fire wiz than a ****** cabalist. You get my point. The guild will be open to anybody who wants to have a place where there is ALWAYS an xp or rvr group waiting for you. The easiest way to get leveled, geared, and always have fun on these freeshards is to be in a guild that (1) will invite you to groups (2) has players online at all times and (3) leads an alliance that can very quickly get a Call to Arms to make Albion relevant vs. two realms that are probably better (class wise) at this patch level.

At the peak of our participation on Merlin, we would regularly have 2 groups in RvR. 1 was the more "set" 8v8 group with a cookie cutter setup, but then the other was a Pug that was constantly shuffling people in and out. The bottom line is that there is a place for every play style.

All that said, the guild shall be launched when Uthgard goes live. More details to come once I know when this server is actually coming back.

Sounds good. Just please, avoid the three worst naming conventions
1) "Legion of X" ... etc
2) "| L O O K W E U S E S P A C E S |" - can't who them, looks silly, bleh
3) "<Insert latin phrase>" - been done to much, meh

the <S P A C E> guild name is the ugliest and most flamboyantly "inferiority complex" guild name one could muster. I would never use all caps, spaces, etc. No worries lol

Sounds amazing as I play a wizzie main and was always good at it (been awhile). I can go fire for 8v8 or pbae for keep defense

with the old MoC, alb bomb grps are back again.

Wizzie is a great tool for RvR groups. Would love to have you. Take your pick (obviously) for the spec!

Well I'll be playing albion on uthgard rather than sticking with my midgard realm.. ALbion I'll play cabby and only cabby lol. I swear to this as I have the tendancy to somehow get bored and go multi-alt syndrome and end up hurting myself in RPS :X.

Yes, I'm very much aware I will probably end up making another character.. my reasons are just.. I go "I know I can play that class better, we need a good person in that class.. you know what. I'm going to do it i'll go make that class." lol. Then as I'm leveling I curse at myself for doing it.

that is why i play friar all teh time it is gimped class (so am i) it si not wanted on 8v8(my guildies yell at me it is useless play a therg) it lacks dps it lack healing it lacks det it lack grupability

WHO cares i loved friar from 2001 october till today and iw ill still play it whether they wont invit me to groups i still gona play it
there is no beatiful animation then (banish) style in game wher you swinging your staff around
