It is an excerpt from an ancient Germanic poem.
A rough translation with an approximation of the sense and style would be:

I deplore ye t'abstain
From any more of thy utterances
For they wouldst not agree
With the most egregious of
Mankind.

Fifty... Thou art not aware
Of the pain it hath caused me,
The suffering of soul, which
Only the worst of devils
Can inflict.

And for what, you mayst ask?
'Twas foolishness, no doubt
Which inspired this horror.
I had fifty. And never more,
Fifty.

 Awesome.

A brief history of daoc Art:

The original sentence was made by an unknown german poet, raging in IRC: HASL MAUL HAB 50 AVA!
Which could be translated (important the typo and caps): SUHT UP I HAVE 50 AVA!

The poem originated during one of the first years of daoc live server in germany, AVA is in this case the server Avalon (the first server). The poet intended to show off with his daoc skills, and impress the one enraging him.

The Art in the poem results from the typo, the caps and the fact, that by that time a level 50 character on avalon was already everything else but impressive. Making it an unsurpassed expression of pure hate and anger, and no brain.

Not all details are known, who said it to whom, was the exact phrase HASL MAUL... or HASL MOWL... etc. ... but Galandriel was at least in the same IRC and witnessed the poetic nerdrage first hand. Maybe he was even the cause? Who knows, he is mysterious (and stupid).

The poem soon inspired several Artists, the result could be seen on several highway bridges all over germany. A later revival, with uthgard as server (this picture is fake, but the original Artworks looked quite like it):

just to complete the lore: the "unknown german poet" was bizkit, a paladin from albion/avalon, better known forever as the guy that wiped the dragon raid ;)
