perfect time to go live for this fairy tale of imaginary server would be Camelot Unchained lunch date. i might be wrong though. i just saw one person loged in on Uthgard and one newly grown bush was placed at locaton 23k 45k in Jamtland. with this pace we'll be done with small size plants in no time and can start on more imprtant items like medium size plants.

Why " atm ". They never was good for communication with us, and we are still here, waiting for uthgard to be back. They cant be good at everything, they are good for running a nice server, not for communicate.

We could have another "gues the launchdate" , just don't fill in the year this time

Of course Blue should not waste his precious time pm'ing random people or engaging in forum debates, so if you got a curt (or no) answer, that's a good sign. What could possibly be achieved by such a conversation?

So why doesn't Blue post on the forums? It would spark even more rumours, beside wasting his time concocting elaborate forum posts which cannot be misinterpretated (notice how the staff is forced to do this in general).

If he posts twice in month A and not at all in month B, people will immediately spread the rumour that he is inactive or losing interest. If he posts more to quench the rumour, other people will now be crying about his wasting time posting on the forums. He will inevitably get drawn into discussions. Once people notice he is accessible this way, they will bombard him with "advice" on server policy. A vicious, never-ending and, most importantly, time-wasting cycle. Meanwhile, what has been gained server-wise? Absolutely zero. Hence, the best policy is to not post. Once the server is comfortably running, this may change.

Now even if we assumed the worst scenario - that he is inactive due to a lack of interest - do you really think a whiny pm by some random, anonymous dude on the internet to whom he has absolutely no relationship will rekindle his interest?

If god ran a freeshard server, noone would doubt his existence anymore after reading this
