To everyone else, Well I think you are all nuts. I love all of the changes, and I know every day that passes is a tiny bit more quality going into the final product. I love you devs, I will wait as long as necessary for this.

I could never go to genesis, I went there one time and I know it may have improved since then but my gosh it almost soured my taste for this game completely. Not taking another chance.

So I see now why Genesis is hated by so many. I was sent a ss from one of the players, with all his stats 600 , un buffed. and he gave me 999 plat for 40.00 usd he also showed me how to make my stats the same as his. Soon after he actually got banned. But I still have all this plat. so that's cool. I have yet to mod my stats as he does. but I'm curios, did this happen on uthgard as well? and i just never knew?

Lol I think my new friends and I have broke Genesis rofl. the damage doe man... da deeeps! such fun very enjoy.

Genesis is all I really know, over the past year and a half I only have a level 47 minst and 33 paladin so I don't play dark age that much. But, from the little bit I've played, I thought it seemed decent.

Genesis is keeping the DAoC freeshard vibe alive ... the only playable freeshard atm.
but there are still too many things incorrect/incomplete which take lots of (wo)manhours to fix, progress is not fast.... nonetheless, great effort from the Genesis team to keep going..
Blue and team worked a very long time to get Uthgard 1.0 to the level it was before the revamp, other freeshards will have a hard time to catch up
when Uthgard 2.0 comes out and is only as good as Uthgard 1.0 was back then ... it will still be better than Genesis is now.

Uthgard is uthgard but Genesis is a very good project, is growing rapidly and very promising for the future. The competition between these two servers could be useful to both. Personally play on Genesis since it opened, atm it is a pleasure to play. The only problem is the low number of players ~250-300 who does not do it justice!
