But the question in my mind is-- what will it look like when it returns? Will there be horses? Horse routes? Will there be rps for greys? Will there be BG's? What level and RR will the BGs cap at? Etc. I can tell you that just because uthgard returns does not mean uthgard will be a success. If Uthgard returns in some sort of sterile way that many players do not want it might be the most technically proficient server that nobody plays on. To say that the players have no say in a server because it isn't free is like stating that the players time is not important.
