Crashing afting hitting play button from portal

Haven't played daoc on my desktop for a while until today. I opened daoc portal and it asked to update (from taj, bg classic, etc). I updated those and once done, I went to quick login, clicked on the one I wanted to log in, clicked on play button. The daoc loading screen came on for 1 sec and exit me back to my desktop. I am on windows 7.

For some reason, its working again. I went back to mod manager and re-patched it again and its working now. Thx.
