should someone get new weap/armor as duration goes below 95%? i'm talking about mp and 99% items

Atm if you have a player and not a NPC-Smith reparing your items your not loosing any durability at the moment.

items will not loose all there effects / gets destroyed on uthgard at the moment. Blue said once that when item degeneration will be implemented on uthgard all items will be set to 100/100 con/dur when implementing this change, no idea if they will stick with this plan / actualy keep their word on this.
