Hi, I recently got to level 20 on my Reaver character (Archanyl), and I decided to do the 4th Epic Quest, but when I get the Soultracker Charm from Kohr'Mos and the journal tells me to /use it while stood next to him, nothing happens. Can anybody provide me with a solution for this?

Try placing it on your HotBar and simply clicking it.

Many items work that way rather than /use.
