Hi Uthgard Support!

I played 2 or 3 year ago, and with my friend we would like to come back play with our old carac if its possible??

We got 2 lvl 50 each, its is possible to have a recovery of our account or its always deleted since a long time... ?

look at the left side under Support there is a link who maybe can help you

i tried it, he always give to me another token and said after this one we will have a new password but its not working.. same for my friend

I really dont want to exp new 50 caracs...

Please click "account recovery" not the "Forgot password" link. Forgot password is for the forum account

Sorry sir but i tried everything and didnt received anything..... same thing for my friend, you have maybe deleted the account?

but i didnt tried to log myself via daoc portal, uthgard.net account and daoc portal account arent linked?

Darksousou, no the two aren't linked. The gameserver has different password/username than the website.

Ok thks and if i didnt used my account since more than 2years my carac will be still there? (i know i have to try but i have to download everything so i dont want to do taht for nothing ) i am pretty lazy sorry

Only extremely low level characters without much money are removed. All others are kept.

Ok cool i tried it, my account its still here but my hunter lvl 50 disappeared from my account (login : (do not post account name)) can you check for me please, my hunter was FULL sc with drake spear...

sorry my fault, i was on a bad account,everything is working thanks for all, i am back on daoc, see you ingame
