I started playing again after about a year, I had to do some password recovery and such because I forgot my passwords, and I was able to log in fine.

I log off and go to my second account to create a new character, and it says that account is banned. I go back to my first account and that account is banned too.

I went over the rules and having multiple accounts looks like it's still okay. I also saw that Uthgard admins will ban an account if it is under suspicion of being hacked. My accounts have never been hacked, maybe I put up some warning flags with trying to login multiple times with the wrong password?

Anyway, I don't know where else to put this, any help would be appreciated.

I will chill out and do something else for a couple hours till my IP is unbanned.
