Removing long time missing friends from friendslist

Hello there.
Is there a command to remove offline friends from our friendslist?
Each time i try that i get the message 'That person is not online', and my list is still populated by people missing since 600+ days.
I would like to clean it a bit.

Solved, thanks to Raggnar telling me privately.
I just needed to type the name with capital beginning letter (example: Freddie)
