Sucks wake up early to play before everyone wakes up and this happens. Makes me want to hammer my laptop and rake the lawn.

There are some huge problems with attacks to Hetzner infrastructure at the moment.

Try to tracert to server.uthgard.net. Would like to see where the problem for you is. For me its core1.hetzner.de entry point near 85% packet loss.

Please use WinMTR to analyze it. Let it do at least 1000 ping packets. Export it as text file.
