Its really annoying...
Ive just downloaded everything yesterday, read LOTs of post everywhere trying to fix daoc here and i still can't log on... Im running DAOCportal (tried the DOL bat too but no luck either), i have the 1.09 version of game.dll but im still getting the "service not available" message. I disabled AVG firewall and not helping either. I run win 7 and everything is set to be compatible with XP sp3 and run as administrator... Any ideas?  Thanks! |

Make sure you follow it correctly and use DAoCportal to login. It's done when it's done. Thanks for your patience.

Thanks for fast reply That's the first thing i did ever, but it kept giving me the message to press esc After i changed the game.dll it says service unvailable... =/ One thing, i use win 7, so i should not have any problens with .net right? cause if i download and run it, it does nothing, not even an error message =/ |

Make sure DAoC has network access. Switch off firewall for test. Also make sure you selected Uthgard in DAoCPortal.
Try another accountname. Normally there is no problem if you follow the howtoconnect guide to the point. It's done when it's done. Thanks for your patience.

ive restarted my comp, my internet connection, reinstalled everything again (i had a clean DAOC copy for safety) and now i was able to log on
Thanks blue  running 1.113 now, for some reason daocportal hadn't patch the mod right the first time |
