Background: I am using an old PC - (ATI desktop manager will not recognise my gfx card anymore but it works fine using the windows 7 driver - I used to be able to set a profile under ATI to alter the brightness when the game was run) And an old crappy Dell monitor that has no gamma/brightness settings only 3 colour profiles. Result: Game is VERY dark even when the sun is up I can't turn up the brightness on the monitor or use ATI profiles, so how can I see?

i found a program called Mojo can alter the brightness on the fly as I run DAOC live version - is it possible to connect to Uthgard with Mojo ? or if not some other program that can recognize that I have run DAOC Portal and then alter brightness appropriately? Please note all the other stuff Mojo can do is nice but the ONLY thing I need really is the brightness altering.

Note: Buying new hardware is not an option

i dont have any idea about Mofo.. and i dont have such an old pc xd but i had problems in Summoner Hall too, and i am using powerstrips to higher the brightness in SH, so i can see in this dungeon. Maybe try it

I think the question you really want to ask is, "Will Mojo adjust DAOC's brightness while it's connected to Uthgard?"

The answer is yes.

However Mojo can't connect to Uthgard. You have to use Uthard's launcher for that.

Changing brightness and connecting are two different features of Mojo. You can use one without the other.
