![]() Based on feedback, we are pleased to announce some changes to housing. First, you must now be level 20 to purchase a lot, house deed, or receive a title to an existing house. This ensures a player has confirmed their e-mail and prevents speculation. Additionally, higher level houses now offer better value. See the changes outlined below: Level 1 house (Cottage) Max rent in lockbox: 8 weeks Upon repossession, you can retrieve 15% of the money on your consignment merchant Level 2 house (House) Max rent in lockbox: 10 weeks Upon repossession, you can retrieve 30% of the money on your consignment merchant Level 3 house (Villa) Max rent in lockbox: 14 weeks Upon repossession, you can retrieve 60% of the money on your consignment merchant Level 4 house (Mansion) Max rent in lockbox: 20 weeks Upon repossession, you can retrieve 90% of the money on your consignment merchant If your house has been repossessed after October 8th, 2013, you can visit the "Consignment Banker" at the entrance of the housing zone to retrieve money that was on your consignment merchant. Money from houses repossessed before this date cannot be retrieved. We hope that you will enjoy these enhancements and look forward to delivering more enhancements in the future. See you in the neighborhood, Your Uthgard Staff |

If you lose a house what happens to the items inside the house? the throphies and stuff in vault/bank/merchant? ![]() |
Everything in the vaults or merchant goes to the bankers in the HZ entrance, just like before. Trophies and other decorations are lost. |

the player under lvl 20 loose there houses?
No, only new players cannot buy, trade, or convert them. |
due to the reduction of max. lockbox gold more players in future will loose their houses. keep in mind, that players love their digital ownership. those achievements bind players to a game. if they loose it, they may quit the game go for something else. a much better rule change would be: if a player account is inactive for 6 month, then no more money is taken out of consignment merchant for paying rent. |

My house is villa and i cant put more than 960g.

I think this was a good change. It gives a lil bit of a perk for owning a higher level house and with the lvl 20 restriction it will make it a tad tougher for a player to get houses on every toon they have and horde them to try and turn a profit.
