I looked around to find some more info on spell mechanics, saw a bit of variance while playing my RM tonight
Casting my spec DD; Rune of Murk (2.8 speed, 62 delve) VS Major Raven Bolt (3.0 speed, 60 delve, 10% cold debuff) I noticed a difference in damage - 122 for Rune of Murk (After cold debuff) and 129 for Raven Bolt Do slower casting spells deal more damage? That's the only thing I can think of |

DD/Debuff have a damage bonus from this bug. It seems that with lower spell, it's only 10% (according to your data), but at higher level the bonus from bug is really higher.

You can't directly compare DD with bolts.
Bolts are ongoing investigation topic viewtopic.php?f=85&t=27706 and work different to DD's. DD's itself work original already. It's done when it's done. Thanks for your patience.
