You could add Uthgard to your custom shards.

In DAoC Portal, click on the "custom shards" tab, then right-click the background and select "add server". There, enter a name and description at your discretion, "server.uthgard.net" as the hostname and the default port 10300.

That'll allow you to play whenever the server list acts up again.
