downgrade your catalyst drivers or try running in fullscreen.
theres a way to modify the game.dll to fix it, but im unsure if GMs would allow that

Unapproved modifications can result in a permanent ban. Do not attempt this.

Thanks Pythion, playing in full screen definitely reduces the lag I'm getting but its still not 100%, i'll try downgrading my catalyst drivers
