Really have no clue about Hib templates or items, so I wonder which items are basics in Hib?
I mean on MID every template I ever build has obstruction necklace and rigid wigh claw in it. Any items like that on hib too? Whats the cheapest item with a pom4 Charge on it? Possible to build a decent template for less that 10 plats? |

DF Hammer for cheap pom4 charge.
Then df necklace is common, Juggernaut healing cloak, orey healing ring, midar bracers, arcane book. For druid everything should be cheap or easy to get. Should be possible with less then 10p. No MPs needed either. Fabienne - Blademaster

Twinkling Tiara ist another cheap item with pom4 charge. I bought mine for 800g. It also fits very well into templates so you don't even have to swith an item.

As druid? Yes it is for sure if you farm the elements ring. The item/s your template shouldnt be missing are on hib as druid: ring of elements - and your epic quest torso (switch item for charge, dont plan with it like our sups, its just gimp without proc on torso) Pom4 charge is pretty useless since charge timer changes - take pom3 pots and use the timer for af/dd charge on most chars |

Try to build with warshadow bracers /Glimmershade bracers , they are easy to get and very cheap and have a high utility.
For jewel slot you an use book of arcane dealings , also easy to get and cheap , cloak taj1 or juggernaut cloaks , df necklace, belt of fortitute /or empathie from cursed forest. Most exoensive parts are probably rings: ,- orey healing ring or ring of elements (rupt charge). |
