Does the frontier XP bonus (15%) apply toward player kills? . . and any other XP bonus for that matter.
This is what I received as a level 29, rr1L7 Enchantress, against a Level 33 Infiltrator, rr2L0 in Snowdonia.  "It's not fair unless I'm winning!" |

No. PvP XP bonus is fixed +400%.
