Specialization Points

Hi,
I have a problem with spending a specialization points.
The game does not allow points to spend, why?

Please change your UI to atlantis and try again.

I have try to change to Atlantis UI, but I have 20 points specialization and Trainer don't give me a possibility to use it!!

You cannot train a skill beyond your level. What is your class? If you are level 7 for example you cannot make your skill 8, you should spend them in another line.
