What RAs i need for running solo? Here is my idea of RAs what to use with RR5
dex2= improves defense (block/parry/evade), improves whip dmg (not so important,but it can help a little)
qui3= helps get close as possible to swing speed cap for levi spam, improves evade rate (evade1 ftw!! )
long wind1= for longer sprint duration
MoBlock3= improves block rate by 10%
Purge2= clean negative effects with zero delay, 15 minutes RUT

buffs:
D/Q ( i have only director ring... 63 value), MHB from CoE, AF from epic chest armor, S/C from potion (I cannot afford Legion cloak) and haste buff from potion, endo regen pots.
another usefull charges/pots: heal pots, endu pots,HoT from Moran ring

My another question is about "Dual Threat RA". Does it affect levi/indigo proc?
What reaver spells are affected by wild power? (DoT, insta LT, dmg aura too?)
What RAs i should take as next? Is it worth to take IP1?

As long as you can land Leviathan, it doesn't matter how you spec it RA-wise for Solo.

I am by no means a solo reaver player (I cannot get off Levis in front <3), but first, I would go for high parry spec instead of high soul.

Also I would prefer Master of Parry over Master of Block, as you will face mostly dual wielders, which halve block-, but not parry rate. I would not consider any increase damage ra, except aug qui3 (maybe laters twf).

With AugQui3 and Purge2 you got 15 points left... which could either mean purge3 or ip2 or some mix of Master of Parry, Master of Block, LW...

Of course you need buff charges to be able to compete... str/con, d/q, haste(pot?), and also af is nice (epic torso 2 min rut), pot base.

Your going to need a ton of cash for all the pots and charges you're going to eat.
