I just started on the server. Got to level 5 took a break. I made a Midguard. Logged back in and no character. It's also set on Albion and I can't switch realms even though there are no characters made (every slot is empty). Not sure what to do.

If nothing else I'd like to know how to get rid of my character so I can use the name again.

its more than likely you mistyped the account. you can check the herald to see if the character is still in existence.

The user name is saved so its always the same. I've not typed in the box. And checked it 5 times now. Also it's the same one I use on everything. Still doesn't account for not being able to be another realm then Albion with no characters made. The original toon still exists.

Please look on the menu to the left under "Support" Find "Account Recovery". If you registered an e-mail, you will receive an automated reply from the system. If you did not set your e-mail, no recovery is possible (We don't recover chars under level 10).

I had this same issue once and required an Admin's assistance to get it fixed.

I haven't forgotten the name or the password. All slots are empty and I can't switch realms, only Albion. It will not let me click Realm. The account is jacked up somehow. I made a new account, and am able to switch realms with no toons made. To make sure it was just not allowed. I really don't care about the toon just the name. I "recovered" the account, and it gives the same username, and password I'm already using. Thanks for the info Oglop should I just PM him?
