op melee ranger template, trying to get this all capped. I'm short 18 resists. Trying not to spend 100p.

I have 144 matter as w/ items it's exactly '0 left' with current weapons equipped. The rest is to play with. If we can get it capped w/ mp boots and gloves, that will do. Also if you can make some suggestions in the area of jewel, bracer, neck, and cloak - please let me know. Really the only priority is the basalt sword of bedlam. I want that to stay. And get everything else capped....
