I agree almost 100% with Sleepwel up above. I dont gray gank, and dont see why others do it, but its perfectly legal and to each their own.

I will say this, you better live it up while you can, because if grays start becoming worth rp's and worth title kills I will kill every gray I come across and not think twice about it. You dont want to get killed by a lvl 50 on your lvl 32? Ok, then go farm in your PvE zone or find a very secluded spot in the frontiers. There will not be anyone letting grays live once they become worth rp's, which is a valid bug report, and I believe has a tracker #.

I gang greys and will gang them, it depends on day

all greygankers should remember that they will not be grays for ever and u will be in their BLACKLIST. . .live with this if they go for u when they are 50 as well

There is no reason to kill greys when they are worth no rp's or even 1-12 rp's + "who gives a ******" title it's still Let people get their xp they might come out in the emain sooner or later, or just keep acting like ****** and kill them for no use.

actually in a player vs. player game it is your goal to kill enemy player... no one would spare player of the enemy team in counterstrike - because they could not afford a weapon or play so bad they could not harm anyone.

But i agree that daoc also has a social aspect, that is why i don't kill grey. But i don't care if anyone of my grp does.

Last time I didnt kill a grey caba in DF he started rupting me while we had a fga Inc later... So there will be situations where I will kill greys in the Future.

THat´s a good one with Counterstrike but well MMO´s are always different, social aspect should be high in my opinion, atleast for me, i´m playing not for destroying others fun as far as its possible.

Playing CS with a clan 5vs5 is way different then playing a mmorpg game. But then again you can compare the 5vs5 with the 8vs8 in daoc, it's all about tactics and forcing the enemy to make mistakes. Some likes to zerg everything and other like the competitive aspect of the games and that is okey

But i still think it's ****** stupid killing greys

Plok, I believe you were given several reasons why people kill grays in this post. I agree with you, to an extent. I dont kill grays now because there is no incentive to kill them. They are worth nothing to me. Others kill them because many will add in a fight, others do it because it might induce action, and others just do it because they can and they are bored. When they become worth RP's I will kill them. PERIOD. You cant say that by letting them live that they will get to lvl 50 sooner and come out to emain. Yah, they might, they may also just make another of 50 alts and restart the whole process over.

Let me give you the advice that was allready given multiple times in this post. If you dont like being killed while XP'ing then get your lazy butt to a PvE zone and farm there. You get the high XP bonus BECAUSE its an RvR zone and you can be killed. If you really want some form of a bonus then go to the normal frontiers for a 15% bonus but you can farm very little used areas and very rarely get killed. Or you can farm at higher levels in the Mile gate zones (Hadrians/Odins/Emain) and get the 50% xp bonus. I'm sick of people that want to get a 50% xp bonus in DF and then cry like a little girl because they got killed. They go in the same category of players that think they should be able to get a fully maxxed template with all charges for free, they should be able to have a chance vs a RR10 player when they are 4L3, and overall they just think the game should hand them everything because thats what every other game does. Sorry, you are playing the wrong game people. Rant over
