Conquer Duration fix!

I don't want them to remove conquer back snare!! no no no that is not my goal, I just want a more reasonable duration that is consistent with other back snares. If the skill was at 50 hammer then I would think maybe it was intended to be this long because it needed such a high spec to obtain it, but as it stands its only level 29 into hammer... warriors can even spec 50sword and 29hammer! Having its duration dropped to a proper 9-15 second would still allow them to use it effectively and wouldn't feel like a root that's never ending....

Why would you want change a exisiting "livelike-working" skill if we have a fixed patch-setting, again my question.
Because u think the duration is too long(maybe it is). So why not start to complain about other things , which are not cool at this patch-setting ^^?

polearms has a long anytime snare and friar has a super long sidestyle snare, you want cookies too ?

polearms anytime snare is sth between 12 and 15 sec, to lazy to check rightnow

i don't understand, people complain that all 3 realms having the same skills is a stupid way to balance, but then also complain that one mid skill is slightly different to the other realms??
So everyone should have different skills with exactly the same effects and benefits.. hum ok. ![]() |

How about reducing the duration of the snare and then give Zerkers a 9 sec stun and Pierce dmg?

Yes because we all know 2h/pole styles are super easy to land on this server:)
However trying to compare styles, realm differences, etc is kind of impossible to do since styles are supposed to be 1.69 while RAs are 1.8. So how are you trying to justify what was meant to be and not since these settings never existed on live together. |

blue stated somewhere before doing ANY balance, all bugs need to be fixed... so you can open 2064 a thread about balancing :p

Meh.
You already have access to the best snare (27seconds)+charge+slam+rr5 an anti-tank-train RR. Yeah, the snare is not the easiest to land, BECAUSE its already a win button. IF you actually had 2 mercs and a pally who called their snares, well, no comment. So, the problem is not with the mechanics, but with the tunnel vision players. mercs here: -don't use dd charges -don't snare -slam 1 target and try and do dmg -never use shortbow for interrupts -think that charge1 and deter5 is good in kite groups If you're rr9-10 or you got ppl who can carry you, ignore all I said, and PUSH! By this realm rank you can dump to victory. AKA: using active ras strategically :> Freeshard celebrity since Odin's Gate "Sup Warlord, Nova, Legion!"
