What about this problem? Any Ideas? What can i do, to run 1.113 without all the mobs fadin away and returning again and again? Not all mobs do this... some solo mobs in the middle of a spot do it... some others do it as a group... from one second to the other, these mobs disappear... stay invisible for 5 or 10 or 30 seconds, return then... stay for some time... go away again...

this is a prob i only have with 1.113. with 1.109 everything is ok.

i did and that solves my prob for now... but what if 1.113 is forced for all players? In other threads, GMs thought about that for the coming times...

just use the lower version for now.. if Blue forces the client to 1.113 then everyone will be running at 98% instead of 100% so you wont notice any difference.

Are the mobs disappearing with 1.109?

thanks for your reply.

No, they are not. With 1.1109 all is fine and without any problems. But as soon as i log in with 1.113, some mobs (some solo mobs somewhere in the middle of a spot also as sometimes groups of mobs) disapear, stay invisible for some seconds (could be 5 sec, 10 sec, 30 sec...), then come back... stay for some time (some seconds, a minute... different every time) and then disapear again... and so on.

And btw this does not happen with all mobs... just some... i dont know... 30%... 40%?

No difference if i stand still or move. And beside that... what i saw is: The performance meter shows a single red dot (the left dot)... sometimes returns to green, but often is red. That also only is on 1.113! On 1.1109 all dots are green all the time.

My machine is win7 prof, everything new installed some weeks ago, all drivers newest version.

The problem seemed to be fixed.
are you using client 1.113+ and daoc portal 2.8c?

Run camelot.exe, and get a clean installation. This should fix that problem.

I am having the exact same problem. I thought i knew how to downgrade to 1.09 but it turns out i don't. Any help?

You should not downgrade to 1.109. Please stay close to the instructions in http://uthgard.net/howtoconnect and you will have the least problems.

Thanks for the help it worked like a charm. ran camelot.exe and then when I launched Portal it did an update in turn.
