Every single day from 12-4pm PST I can never get a connection to last longer then maximum of 1 min. If I do finally get to connect my lag meter goes all red bars and DC's me. I have 0 firewalls going, cable modem, I'm not lagging in TS and I stream 5 movies and download a movie at the same time without hurting my bandwidth, but if I play DAoC on Uthgard at those times LD LD LD.

I tried updating to the newest version. It didn't help the lag of connection problems at all. In fact, it made it worse. Now 90% of the time I get a "Authorization Service not available" message before the Character selection screen appears.

Side note: The new patch won't run Emerkold's UI it just crashes the game if you have it. So major negitives just from that stand point on the newest patch.

run a tracert during your problem time to this ip address. 88.198.56.21 If could post your results. also run one of a much different time too. please label each one in the post.

Same boat, bud. Though, the requests that are timing out is coming from their side. Doesn't look like their ISP, but right outside of it. Just Google "ae-71-71.csw2.Frankfurt1.Level3.net", one of the hops causing the issue, and you see it's widely known issue.
