Does this mean on Uth that a proc that you'd put on a sword would work on a shield, wether you're shield is hit or you hit something with your shield?

From what I heard you can put either type of proc on your shield but only one type..either it goes off if you slam or it goes off if you block...it prolly makes more sense to have it go off when you block as you will do that more often then slam...someone correct me if im wrong

I can say, because i tested it by myslef, with 6 other ppl, that the shildsize ofc depends, here on uthgard, FOR the player ur guarding. not just for yourself.
