I think you guys just need to update DAoC Portal to 2.8b version.
And then, login with DAoC Portal Launcher or use uthgard.bat file to connect to server. When i checked clients version, both v1.109 and v1.113 works fine without spam messages. I guess if you're using dolloader.exe file to connect to server, server system will send spam messages to you. It seems changed to use connect.exe file now. 1. you must install daoc portal on your pc. 2. you must update daoc portal to 2.8b version. 3. you must log-in with daoc portal launcher or uthgard.bat file(you need to edit this file before using it). 4. if you have some UI problem with v1.113 game.dll, you can roll back to v1.109 game.dll . 5. now, check spam messages. |

I want to mention that its not even needed to use our batch file. DAoCPortal can create shortcuts for Uthgard which you can use from desktop. It can't be more convinient and your password is not stored in clear text afaik.
Right click on a server and in that menu shortcut creation is offered. It's done when it's done. Thanks for your patience.

Had to restart the pc and spam was gone again, the weird thing is, the spam began again with last reboot after everything was updated. Didnt change anything, so im curious to see what will happen after next restart lol. |

I've already noticed this "create shortcut" option, but it's not working. There was no shortcut on my desktop. I couldn't find it... If i am wrong, let me know how to use this option, please. |

I was using custom shards tab from sometime ago when there was some problems to see Uthgard on servers list and be able to connect this way, I think was Abydos who suggested this method and worked for me for a lot of time (never wait to see if server list appear
 ). . .now Im getting this spam that this method will not be sopported soon  It's the thrill of the chase

Nope, your portal is just outdated. The "Custom Servers" tab will work fine :p Be nice. :)

Theres a new DAoCPortal setup which automatical installs newest version. Starting with admin rights is not required anymore.

Edited my post : OchUi 1.110 should work for 1.113 atleast you can try it, if you like that one so much. Blue knows how to perform headshots in daoc!
