Hi,
after these lovely patchday to V.1113 and I was finally able to run Daoc, I got an issue with my old UI it didnt work anymore and Daoc crashed to desk after chosing char in the character screen while loading . so I tried to install Bob 1.94 V.4.03 but the same problem occured.
Anyone knows about a good UI that works with the current clienversion and fits to Uthgard? I dont like playing with toa-skin .-(

if you patch back to 1.09 same ui problem?

Thx for the hint, I dunno if it will work I didnt test to downgrade to 1.09 yet, while I ´m happy I finally could start daoc where so many ppl can ´t.
If there ´s no other solution I will downgrade to 1.09 this evening and try again Bobs UI but maybe some other ui ´s are available that work proper with with the current client version.

DAoCPortal autodowngrades 1.114 clients to 1.113 so you should see no further problems.

edit: and yes im pretty sure about that, i connected just fine with atlantis ui, logged out, switched to custom -> game.dll stopped working.

update daoc portal, update the game, daoc portal downgrades to 1.113 automatically
you don't need to do more than 2 clicks runis seriously

So, I ve 2 daoc folders I saved my old one (that worked until yesterday properly) and a new one with V 111.3 . When I start the old one with 1.95 client I get a message ingame I should update my cliebt version and I get disconnected in 180 sec. thc for forde me to V1113 I hope this trouble is really necessary.

Second Folder is a new installation with V1113 I can play but when I use my ui I got a crash to desktop using my orl ui or Bobs, so these versions are bad für uth maybe you can use Bobs when you pick up the right configuration but I didn t find out because it has too many options.

edit: I tried to upgrade my old version and now have the same problem like with my new installation of the game, so it is definatly an UI problem. Still looking for a Bobs configuration that works or another good working ui with V1113.....

Edit2: Someone told me he used the second file of Bobs UI for 215mb and he can play http://bobsui.koamon.com/downloads.html so, the newst Version shall be picked

i dont use daoc portal, using batch files

its no longer supported im sorry

Batchfiles and Portal still work if you patched it right with portal before. The problem with bobs is solved you need to get the file with 215mb I posted in my previous post, then the ui works and I got no crash anymore. But you still need to check the config you make, some configurations of Bobs still let the game crash

Ok, it took some hours to check what ´s the error cause is in the the bobs configuration. I set minigrp-option to zmythic, that was the cause for the crash, the other options seem to be ok, it was the only error I figured out after logging in after every change I made. Good luck.
