When does this break? When Ranger/Hunter attacks? When he get hit? By damage or does debuff work too?

Befana's or other dd charge items work, but as they are charge items they share timers. You see a lot more hunters rangers escaping now compared to before the timer change.

Dommel's Incendiary Seal has a DoT charge with a 1 minute reuse.

The crap thing about this is that a Minstril can use SoS, turn and use a charge and not lose speed. If a hunter uses their speed shout and uses an item to attack a person we lose speed. I know this is live-like but I never understood why its not counted as "combat" when a minstril does it, but when a ranger/hunter does it then it is considered "combat."
I've had it twice where a mintril used SoS to get away, I used speed shout for catch him, he turned, popped a ranged dd or dot on me, I lose speed and he goes on with his SoS. |

People keep saying hunters got a "secret" patch boost, but that is not true in the slightest. The only bump hunters got was that now if our pets have the s/c buff on them they will do a bit more dmg. I believe you are just starting to see some hunters that run with high end templates and play to their strengths. Before, most people didnt understand how to play them.

I did fine on my Hunter in Braemar. The pet buff(s) working helps a bit but they really weren't as bad as people made them out to be.

No, that's way past our patch limit. They have Disease, Garrote, Achilles Heel, and Pincer on live.

The shoot dont break vs a disease or anything that dont do dmg. Even if i get mezzed and then not hitted, the speed will still be here until timer is off. Debuff dont break speed too, as i said only dmg break it ( i can be rooted also, if i dont take dmg, when the root go off or purge it ( same for mezz ) and the speed is still on it will still work )

The Uthgard way, spending tons of money and time for a useless items. But others use it as well and spend tons of money for it, must be good I need it! Same goes for hunter, they were "gimp" for years and now that the pet does 5 more damage a swing they are rockstars ^^ Or Mos5 no one was running it because its a waist of points and nowadays almost every scout/ranger has it at amg ^^ People should start thinking for themself and evolve their own char rather than copy pasting while they dont understand what they are actually doing.  <<< This avatar is handmade by Inotor Wurzelbert : ) Check out the Mampfer-Threads for more. viewtopic.php?f=10&t=25079 viewtopic.php?f=10&t=26934 |
