Short recast DD charge

So, hibs have item with 1:30 recast DD charge, mids have item with 1min (I think) recast DD charge. Do we have similar item on albion?

For example? You mean the staves with 330 dd charge?

Afaik lb axes and shields also got a dd charge.

Well, i got a thrust weapon and an axe with such a charge. I used it in Thid with my merc before salvaging.
