Having been on a long break. When I logged in my crafter was missing. A half ogre female tailor 1100+ skill, name Urwife on the account censored

I think the character was level1 certainly no higher than level5.

Can I get this back?

Having spoke to various GM's, I'm told nothing can be done and "we don't restore deleted characters" and that "the name of the character doesn't exist".

I havn't deleted this character, the account hasn't been hacked as all the other chars on the account have their gold and items. The character was level1 certainly no higher than 5, so I asked if they had deleted it as it's a lowbie "we don't delete LGM crafters"
I also have a LGM armour crafter which I used with the Tailor to get to LGM. I also have items in my vault fac102 crafted by my tailor Urwife.

Seems unfair I've now got to level another tailor, time and cost wise.
