DOLLoader.exe issue.

Just opened Portal and right away my virus program detects Malware in DOLLoader.exe ... and then deletes the file.

So I try looking on the internet for the file and it seems every file I find has the same Malware.. Anyone have a link for a clean DOLLoader.exe file?

Your anti virus is mis-diagnosing the file. Please white-list the file. Furthermore, you can update your DAOCPortal to version 2.8 to ensure all of your components are up to date. Open DAOCPortal then choose "help, check for updates"
