well they are less frequent now but thats because of so many tries and fails. The more times you fail the harder it is to get people to come and try.
I led relic raids a lot several months ago but we allways got out numbered and failed until the most people I could get was 3 grps or so And back then it was silly to try with just 3 groups so I eventually quit trying. We need people willing to try and we need more wizzy's and wall climbers. we need more reavers to spec TWF all of these things will help us. I could maybe get 6 groups to try if I spam broad but that kind of defeats itself sometimes. First you get people in broad replying with a negative attitude which causes some not to try and it also takes a lot of the fun out of it when you have to fight your own realm mates to try and do something that helps everyone. |

That was the same on mid 2-3 months ago. Reaction was ''STOP FEEDING'' or ''LAWL ARE YOU SERIOUS? IT'S PRIME TIME''. Most of them ended with hib zerk and failed. |

I remember this situation in hib too, and 1month ago in Mid too. But now all task and /raid/zerg. Just try it again and again!

Totally agreed on that. I have accounts in all 3 realms, and have to say: Albion is the realm with the rudest community. There´s simply too much players that care about themselves only. You can see groups/guilds, that only PvP together, they don´t take any stranger to fill up the group (of course, it´s mostly the 8vs8-heroes that behave this way). If someone tries to organize anything, like Myth does at the moment, you still see those ppl running through emain. They don´t participate in "events" of which the whole realm profits. They don´t do relicraids, because it´s not 8vs8  One day, after 9123891 times of ragequitting and QQ, they´ll probably understand that DAoC simply isn´t a "8vs8-PvP-Game", it´s only "Multiplayer". I played Albion shortly and can confirm that. THidranki situation is awful as well, not once did I have 2 paladins in the group and received no guard. When I asked them nicely to play def(at least one of them), they were rude and acted as dmg dealers. One even told me that he is King Arthur, the king of Britons so I should obey his command xD. Midgard's problem is that we have too many groups out and lot of them are horrible and disliked by most of the realm cause nobody can get normal action when they are out. On the other hand, at least they go out, even as a zerg. They are organized, do alliance events, for the most part friendly and polite people. When I tried Albion, sometimes I saw 200+ players online and APK in emain empty, cause everyone was in pve or bg's. Sure, you can point a finger at Mids and say they are zerging, and you are right. But is it not also Albion's fault that they don't even want to build a group and go out in emain? Recently there have been some Alb groups out, which is nice
 . I hope it stays that way and that Hibs build some pugs as well, cause most of the hib groups that run are "known" groups."He was concerned only with the naked fundamentals of life. well I am not saying that that Albion has a bad community or that they are rude, what I am trying to say is they have a defeatist attitude right now. If I spam for a relic raid in /b I get people saying things like "wow its stupid to spam /b for a relic raid the cross realmers will be waiting for you.... yeah no sense in doing a relic raid now you will fail.... And I say," if I don't spam Broad chat then how am I supposed to tell people that we want to do a relic raid ?" Then we have a 30 min argument in /b about cross realmers, planing relic raids, broad chat, feeding rp's to the mids or hibs etc...
Then if you go ahead and try the relic raid and fail you get the same people telling you they told you so. All of this has made it very difficult for Albion to do relic raids right now. My point is that if you don't even try, then you will never get the relics back. Albion needs to stop looking for excuses not to try and just keep trying and eventually we will succeed. simple as that. I will admit for a long time Albion had a lot of people with a rude/bad attitude but its not like that so much now, we have a lot of friendly people that go out of their way to help others and to help new players. All in All the server is 100% better now than a year ago but some things just take time to change. |

If it was me, I would go to my guildies/alliance members and tell them on this date at this time we are going to attempt a relic raid. I would then grab all I could and spam the crap out of my alliance to get as many as I could. I would have those from my alliance that have friends they can trust bring their buddies. Once we got 3fg+ of Albs I would not say one word of it on broad or /lfg or any public channel till we arrived and started on the doors. At that point I would open the BG and invite all who wanted to join. This is how I ran the few relic raids I led on Hibernia. Only one was successful, but all were damn close to being successful. |

Well most time we mid run as 2-3fg in emain then we decide after 1-2h keepraids, to make a rr so we ask 1-2 fg like dg or draghi or italics to support us. Even when they only farm the hibs who want to enter the relic faste, it helps a lot.
We often raided the relic just for fun or to get hib inc. Dont hear to the flamming ppl, just participate on RVR events like rr !@cruell agree ! |

I rmember the last time alb took relic, it was leaded by Requiem with their alb toon, so yes, thx for xrealming, xrealmer gave u some relics  2012:<@[Uth]Abydos> If we don't have SI by the end of the year, Im fairly certain I wont be a GM anymore :-p
