ForumTrying to change email linked to my account

Hello,
I have recently returned to Uthgard after a two year break, and still have access (and playing) on my account. However, the email linked to my account is now deactivated and can not be accessed (by anyone - its deleted - old fsmail.net) Can i please change the email linked to my account? |

No, but thanks anyway.
Due to the fact I have a registered email address to the account (which has now been deactivated and I cannot gain access to it, and in order to change my email ingame its trying to send a token to that address). So i'm hoping it can be changed manually |

No. We do not do this as we consider the account owned by the email associated with you. We suggest you contact your old email provider and ask for a forwarding of emails or access to your old account. Got any questions? Submit them to me and I will try to get them answered in our grab bag !

I've tried that many of times over the last couple of years, Fsmail got taken over by Orange and have no recollection of my old email address.
Theres no other way I can prove its my account? (I am currently using it) |
