Used it and then put 34points into dual wield as my inf. I clicked accept, and I understand it's my fault, but is there anyway I could get a little mercy on this? It totally ruins my character.

We do not correct player mistakes. You can find purchase a respec from other players, from a bounty point merchant, or get one as a drop.
