The player doing my SC (Mrbulgebawlz, Tekt Tekxt) has been banned, with MY items on him.

I'd like my items returned, or replaced with items of the same quality. Optionally, in game currency, which buys me
items of the same quality. I can easily provide proof of the transaction, should there be any point to do so.

It would send the right message. That the staff value their player-base, and that when unfortunate situations arise;
they'll try their best to remedy the situation.

Oh, and if YOU are reading this with the intent of starting a flame-war...just don't.

Why didn't you use the secure-trading-system? How come: repairing items sometimes bugs out in trading window?
There's your answer. The trading system is not perfect. So, I request assistance in dealing with a none-perfect situation.

Any player help is welcome. Lagavulin or Laphroaig whisky, a model whose father owns a distillery. I'm not too picky xD.

No items will be returned. Players are encouraged to use the in game secure trading feature. All spellcrafting and exchanges can be done with the items never leaving your inventory, even payment at the time of crafting.

Please report bugs in the bug report section of the forum.

I'll appeal to player-community instead, and post in the Albion section, they'll understand better.

§2.11 Penalty calculation - "second instance"
The penalty calculation and decision are in the free discretion of the acting staffmember. This includes the kind of punishment as well as the duration. If you do not agree with the penalty, you have to talk to the acting member of staff about the matter. If this does not help, you may contact the administration as “second instance”. Write an email to nayru [at] uthgard-server.net or send a private message in the forum. You may not post or discuss the problem in the IRC, forum or other community parts. Such behavior won't be tolerated and will be punished.

Please refrain from discussing the decision of the acting member of staff publicly on the forums.
