Hello everybody,

So this section is apparently made to speak about our RVR experiences, so I will post a new message to speak about my own experience.

After 3 years without Daoc, I decided with a friend to come back on this incredibely addicting game, the experience step was not easy and quite boring sometimes I have to admit but I was still able to meet new people (and old friends too) rediscover the pve maps, the old zones, the hard part : stuffing your toon without any gold etc... And strangely, I actually loved it.

And then came braemar and wilton, as a bard 11l on live, i did mainly some 8v8 opti on new frontier, i was quite nervous that the efforts to up on this server will be destroyed once I arrive in rvr but it was totally the opposite.

I realised how much I missed the rvr in Daoc and had A LOT of fun. (thanks for the albs and mids in wilton yesterday, loved it..)

I did not experience the rvr 50 yet, but already, I can say that I have no regret to invest time on this server.

To the new People : this server is very very fun, people group easily, no matter if you are a beginner or not, I trully think you can find your place and have some good fun.

You might not get the best groups and make thousands of rp, but find people you enjoy playing with and if you are looking for the old classic experience, you will find it here and enjoy it.

So finally, wanted to say thank you for the staff and the community here. I visit often this forum and see too may complaints. People seem to not realise the very hard work (and unpayed work) that the staff is putting here. And most of time all they have to deal with is people who QQ about different aspect, and forget that this is A GAME and they should see the positive points and HAVE FUN !

Most of high rr etc will probably not be interested in this message, but when I came back, i was looking at some comments to persuade me to come back or not, so this is the direct message to the people who hesitate to join : do not hesitate anymore.

Great post and I'm so glad you are finding it enjoyable here! Now, realise when you get to lvl 50 frontier RvR its kind of like starting all over again here, but if you played on live then you are allready aware of that. I would love to know what realm you are playing. If you ever need anything on Hibernia during American Prime Time just send me a tell. My toons are listed below and I wish we could have about 200 more players like yourself to come here. Keep up the good work!
Zacknafein Do'Urden- lvl 50 Ranger- 10L1
Jarlaxle Baerne- lvl 50 Blademaster- 5L8
Marshal Mathers- lvl 50 Bard- 3L8
Neighborhoodfriendl AlchemistbotSuperwarden- lvl 36 Warden- 2L2
Barrabus TheGray- lvl 6 Nightshade- 1L0

Zacknamid SorryaboutkillinguonHib- lvl 50 Hunter- 8L1

Hello!

Thank you very much for your answers guys, its nice to read some positive feed backs.

I am currently playing on Midgard unfortunately, in the guild : crocs divins. I think it's also important for people coming back to find an active guild where they feel confortable and it will really help them to level up, stuff and get good advices.

Thank you for your offer Roneluvv, I know about the difficulties to group with decent group in rvr 50.

But its fine, Its all about motivation and also playing some class easy to group helps to begin : healers, buffs class etc...

I suggest everybody to not do more than 2 toons, its the best way to get nice results.

I'm now 5+ months into Uthgard now since quitting live years ago, and Zorax your post still holds true for me completely! Great attitude and stick with it. This is still the best MMO ever, imo. I have had more fun in RvR in DAOC than any other game! /cheer @ makers of Uthgard
