you use body neck as a switch item, since i got the impression that you dont understand that here it comes:
you ve no s/c up you switch in body neck you use it and ve 10min 75 s/c you switch back to ur old necklace/jewel whatever you dont loose any stats  |

Body Neck was a custom item.
Like all custom items (Tajendi, Evern drops etc) you should only buy them if you can effort losing them without refund. If you cant, dont buy it. I would delete all custom items without giving anything in return. living in your black and white world must be very easy i guess for body neck it was a long time the only s/c item obtainable so the old players, including me thought it was the way uthgard goes. now saying we took a benefit of this customization long enough is just ridiculous. The decision to implement s/c charges for every realm to minor the inbalance it would have caused was by staff. And i'm glad they decided like that. all you do celteen is saying this and that is bad but you're not saying what an alternative would have been. and the alternative in this case would have been worse by far. PERIOD.  |

Sure I play solo a lot but live like is more important than custom 1vs1 balancing.
Hib has the longest travel time and still I'm against mounts. Live like is the server goal and live like I want to play. Necklace of the Body is NO custom item ! str/Con charge on it existed on Live...but it wasnt important cuz everyone had a bb...

I didnt mean this as an attack on your views on custom vs classic, I was just curious why since you have made MANY comments about how nothing in this game should be viewed from a 1 vs 1 mentality why you play a solo class in ranger. I will give you that you are at least consistant in your opinions. |

Just curious is anyone could give me a list of drops that now drop in Midgard with a 75 d/q charge. I've heard that Ring of the Butcher and the Frozen Tundra Walkers Mantle should have them, but I didnt know if these actually got changed or if these are items that wont be changed till SI comes out. If these 2 are not implemented is there any other item that will be getting the 75 value d/q charge?

Please check the fixed /bugged item threads for what has been fixed / what needs to be fixed. Ring of the Butcher has already been corrected and I stated that no additional Str/con items will be changed until SI is available.

The faster we have a list of all OTDs with charges the faster we can start working on the NPC.
