How did Emain AMG become the "default" place to RvR?
Why isn't there more RvR in Alb or Mid?
Well I guess that is all changing due to the bonus to keep takes.

There is also the late-night RP bonus in Emain Macha only >.>

Some people refuse to port to other lands to fight unless they know a task group is out.

emain has less aggro mobs than every other zone, it just has kind of narrow ways to go and u wont miss each other because of a stange way u take or a hill which lets u miss the grp.
and u dont need sun glasses to play in that zone

Why do people still ask this question? It was that way on live and its that way here for very obvious reasons.

Alb Frontier: Is the worst frontier design ever. You have so many huge hills and random agro mobs placed around that it is almost impossible to navigate without getting agro from mobs. You could have 2 fg's of enemies right next to each other but because of the extreme hills you may never even know it.

Mid Froniter: This frontier isnt bad since it is generally more flat then Alb Frontier, but alot of people dont like the overwhelming glare from all the snow. Also, the tree's in Mid frontier are all very low hanging and can also cause LOS issues when it comes to finding incoming.

Hib Frontier: Has clearly defined paths making it easy to navigate and farm said paths. Is wide open with small rolling hills. Mob agro is usually kept very clear from said paths. No headaches from staring at glaring white background.

Does that answer your question? Once again, Emain HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE MAIN RVR ZONE!!! Thats the way it was on Live and I dont know why people would assume it would be different here. Also, that is not saying that RvR only occurs in Emain, but most people go there for the above reasons listed and also because people go to the hotspots. Why roam around in Hadrians Wall or Odins Gate and see 1 or 2 incoming in hours of roaming when you can go to emain and see those 1 or 2 incoming in a matter of minutes instead.

When I played on live, the RvR action wasn't always in Emain.
Then NF came out and everything changed.

The action isnt always in Emain on this server. It is just the main hub for frontier action as it was on live when I played. Also, as you pointed out, that all changed when NF came out. We dont have NF. We did and guess what, the players said they didnt want it anymore.

Maybe it's because Uthgard traditionally had a very high hib population?

I to played Mid Guinevere, and the action (in OF) was in Emain. Rel Por ran there, Reckoning, Reckless ran there, Obli ran there, everyone ran there. The last day of OF... people ran Emain. Hell, when Lurikeen Uprising started, they camped AMG/MMG in... Emain.
Admit, the first few months on Guin (after launch), most of the action was in OG, but after a while, people found that the best place to get clean fights, was Emain, and it moved there.
