Hey, recently I am having trouble with 1-2 second lag after I face someone. Immediately after I face someone I try to cast and for one or two seconds I get message "not in view" it's a little lag but I don't really remember having this problem until recently. Was it always like this and I didn't notice or something changed?

I looked over my older vids and while I get this message too, the delay doesn't seem so prominent.

i've had this issue with my caby quite often, and not only lately...usually i just want about half a sec before doing anything, otherwise the msg appears longer :)...iirc blue said, that it must have something to do with lag to the server...where the client is already "facing" but on the server the player isn't turned yet or something...dunno :)..afair i even created a bugreport for this one, but not sure :D

yep this happens allways if you're quick...

also if you are very quick, change target, /face => face the old target xD

wow yesterday I played my merc... ridiculous. Slam, move to side - out of view. If I want a chance of first hit hitting, I have to force myself to wait and count to two >.<

The worst problem with this is when someone PAs you, you target them and they're out of view long enough to land Creeping Death. Doesn't happen a lot, but often enough for it to be annoying.

guess in this situaton is another part for the °oov° msg. if someone pa u, hes in front and mostly u are running, after pa was sucessfull, u dont stop asap cause of ur surprice and u run through the stealther. now the attacker is behind u and starts styling cs for stun while u have to change ur view 180° to see him. mostly ur style is faster than turning around and thats why ur target is °oov°. from my pov ^^

ah small tip for all stealthers

if you did a PA
just put your weapons back and wait (you can wait hours) till you think you can set ur CD, than set it.

PA
wait 1 minute
