Need some help Blue, Abydos, whomever:

Ive played here for 2+ years and the other day created a new acct to try out Hib and created one toon.

Either I'm a idiot or wrote something down wrong but when I relogged in to the Hib acct it gave me pw errors which is odd considering I'm 99.9% I know what it is and entered it correctly.

So I tried a few different variations with no luck, knowing I may lock out the account for too many attempts. I tried a pw reset and an email as well (no reply yet).

Now it seems all my account are locked out . Overboard security imo.

Can one of you kind GM's help solve this please? Waiting days for a simple reset seems harsh.

A PM, reply here or an answer to my pw/email request would be most appreciated.

Thanks Abydos but I didn't get the opportunity to log back in that Hib acct to enter the "token" info that was sent to me.

I filled out the missing pw form (one with many questions) yesterday, just curious how long a reply takes for that.

I'd rather not create another account and lose the name I chose on the new Hib account

I can log into my Alb (main) account now however.
